For the next few days extending into the early part of next week, the Tampa Bay Area will be experiencing a cold snap with temperatures dropping to the low 30s and possibly the upper 20s in normally colder areas, while coastal areas will experience temps near 40.

I would not be suprized to see a frost or freeze warning issued across the next few days in relation to this cold weather. No storms or rain is anticipated for the next few days however a very slight chance of a sprinkle is possible on Sunday as cloud cover will be about 3/8 (partly cloudy).

I would recommend keeping cold sensitive plants covered for the next few days until the cold snap passes on Tuesday of this upcoming week. I will keep you, the internet, apprised of any watches or warnings that may occur.

(edit: Meant to write Sunday instead of Saturday)
