A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for parts of north central Texas, including the DFW metroplex, expiring at 10pm. Thunderstorms are developing inside a destabilizing air mass along a cold front moving eastward. This unseasonably late snowfall further increased the 2009-2010 snowfall totals for our area, bringing us within 1/2 an inch of the all-time snowiest winter on record!
